TRAINING OVERVIEW
Develop your understanding of the culture and mindset of young people caught up in criminal exploitation and gang-related lifestyles. Gain confidence in how to deliver 1:1 mentoring or befriending and prepare yourself for what can be a transformative mentoring relationship.
‘I felt good practicing the tools on younger people. I think it being a mentor will help me find out what I’m good at and give me a reason to keep going when things get hard at school. Yeah today was actually really good.Â
