TRAINING OVERVIEW

In this one-day Level 2 CPD, mentoring coordinators and leads will learn how to coordinate youth mentoring projects to sustain engagement, meet project objectives, organisational aims and enhance impact.

Trainees will use the knowledge gained to create an action plan that considers the mentoring intervention and project planning, delivery, monitoring and evaluation needs. 

 

Elaine Thomas is an exceptional trainer and CEO. She has provided insight into several aspects of mentoring and has developed a tool kit which works! I have taken part in mentoring training since 2019 and have gained invaluable skills. I feel confident in structuring session plans for both mentoring and have the support of an amazing team to help me grow.

• Prepare for mentoring relationships
