TRAINING OVERVIEW
This in-depth one day training delves into culturally competent youth mentoring, enabling new and experienced mentors to develop confidence in mentoring young people of refugee and migrant backgrounds.
Exploring styles of youth mentoring used to navigate systemic biases, attendees will reflect on why, and how youth mentoring can successfully support and help navigate structural barriers and their identity.
